Wheelset Balancing Machine Commissioning

Specialists from Robals Company have successfully commissioned a BS-44-3000N balancing machine at an enterprise in the Republic of Belarus. The equipment is designed for balancing wheelsets of railway rolling stock, which enhances the safety and service life of trains.

As part of the commissioning and setup, Robals specialists demonstrated the equipment's operation, specifically the installation of wheelsets on the machine and their balancing process. The machine also includes specialized tooling for balancing massive cardan shafts and a device for fixing wheelset gearboxes during rotation while balancing.
